- High-Resolution 3D Tactile Sensing: Each fingertip is equipped with a 270° wraparound tactile array sensor (over 100 points), providing precise 3D force, tactile feedback, and temperature sensing with an accuracy of up to 0.05 N. This enables delicate object handling, sliding detection, and accurate surface texture analysis.
- Powerful and Robust: Despite its human-like size, the XHAND1 boasts powerful performance, featuring a maximum single-hand grip strength of 80 N e um maximum load capacity of 25 kg (palm up), far surpassing most linkage and tendon-driven alternatives.
- Designed for Advanced AI: With decoupled, locally positioned active joints and direct current-loop force control, the XHAND1 is an ideal hardware platform for developing and verifying advanced AI algorithms, including imitation learning and reinforcement learning.
