How it works (EU)
Upon purchase, you will typically receive a code to redeem on the DJI website, which provides a prepaid postage label, allowing you to ship your Matrice 4T to an official DJI workshop in Europe at no extra cost.
Please Note: The Basic Service focuses on inspection, cleaning, and calibration. It does not include the automatic replacement of easily worn parts (such as propellers or screws) or core components (such as motors or arms). For these replacements, consider the Standard or Premium Maintenance Programs.
